Does the Renetto canopy chair come with a warranty?

Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied with your Renetto.com purchase within 30 days, you may return it for a full refund (buyer pays return shipping). All refunds are issued back to the card that was used to purchase the item, to prevent fraud. If your chair breaks (from normal use) within one calendar year Renetto will replace your chair free of charge (buyer pays shipping for replacement chair).


Are the Renetto canopy chairs the same as the Kelsyus chairs seen in retail stores?


Renetto has a licensing agreement with Kelsyus. While the chair design and patent [for both companies] are the same, there are differences between the two products. Please submit a contact form to request details.


Are there different sizes of The Renetto 'Original Canopy Chair'?

At this time there is only 1 size available. Please visit our Chair Features page for weight capacity & measurements. 

When will I receive my chair?

After placing your order you will receive 2 emails. The first email is an order confirmation. Please print and keep this email for future reference. The second email you will receive (within 1 to 2 business days) will contain UPS tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

How much is shipping?

During the checkout process you will be given an accurate shipping cost prior to checkout. You may elect to cancel your order if you are not satisfied with the UPS shipping rate.


What shipping methods are available?

All items are shipped exclusively via UPS. Shipping methods available are: Ground,
3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST ORDERS TAKE 24-48 HOURS TO PROCESS. If expedited shipping is requested, that doesn't necessarily mean your order will ship the same day. If you have questions about expedited shipping or would like to obtain a current shipping schedule please submit a contact form.


I purchased my chair at an outdoor event. Will Renetto replace or repair my broken chair?

Please contact Renetto customer service by submitting a contact form. IMPORTANT: Include the approximate date of purchase and location of the event where you made your purchased your chair. We will contact the Renetto vendor for you and pass on your information.
